Picture My Camera editors will select the top ten finalists based on picture views at the close of the month - February 28. How to Improve Your Chances to Win 

Once you've uploaded your pictures to your Picture My Camera gallery you can send traffic to your contest photos through a variety of methods. Click on your specific photo to open the picture details and scroll to the bottom of the page.

You will see URL information to use on Twitter, or in message boards and forums, that will send people directly to your photo! Or continue scrolling and use the easy form provided to email a link to your picture to your friends and family - right from the Picture My Camera site!

The Monthly Photography Contest Rules

• Pictures in January's contest can be uploaded and receive views until February 28, 2009 at11:59 p.m. EST.
• Pictures must be the work/photography of the person submitting/entering.
• The editors of PMC will determine the top 10 photos based on views. Those photos will then be placed in a poll, and the one with the most legitimate votes will win the prize. We reserve the right to disqualify any photos that are deemed inappropriate or not in compliance with the rules.
• No one is allowed to view their photo or vote multiple times. We will check IP addresses and other records. Any evidence of sabatoge will disqualify an entry and that person will be banned from entering future contests.
• PictureMyCamera registration and upload of images to the folder "Family Memories" as described above required to enter.
• Valid email address required.
• Photos must be the original work of the person uploading them.
  
• No purchase necessary.
• There is no limit to the number of photos you can enter.
  
• PictureMyCamera editors are not eliglble to enter.
• PictureMyCamera reserves the right to correct any errors and amend prizes if necessary at any time during or after the giveaway.
• Winners are limited to winning one prize each quarter.
• In no way is a contract given or implied between the winner and PictureMyCamera. We will do our best to provide the prize as listed but there are no guarantees.
• Winner has three (3) days to respond to notification email. Only one email notification will be sent.
  • If no response in three (3) days of receipt of notification email, a new winner will be drawn.
• If you win you must provide us with a legal name, mailing address (no P.O. Box) and phone number.
  • By provide your mailing information to us, you are granting permission to forward your name and address only to the sponsor of the giveaway for the mailing of the prize, this is when your information (name and address) is shared with a third party.
  • Entering the contest means you understand this and agree.
  • PictureMyCamera is not liable for third party privacy rules.
• Contest open to residents of the United States of America and Canada.
• Shipping may be otherwise limited by the third party providing the prize.
• PictureMyCamera does not accept responsibility for items that are shipped by the third party sponsor.
